Dr Mark Ewing

Mark graduated with a BDS from the University of Otago, qualified as an orthodontist in Rochester, New York and spent two years as a Clinical Research Fellow at the Cranio-Facial Department at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Having worked in London and Canada, he returned to New Zealand in 1988 to open a private practice in Hamilton and raise a family. A published expert on the treatment of cleft palates in children, Mark is the consulting orthodontist for Waikato Hospital’s Cleft Palate Team.
